As an architect with IBM’s Worldwide Channel Technical Professionals team, Ed Grossman acts as the technical enablement lead for IBM business partners working with Bluemix, Blockchain and IBM’s mobile platform. He provides independent software vendors and system integrators around the world with training and enablement services for IBM’s portfolio in those areas. Since joining IBM, he has worked with business partners on SOA, telco software, mobile capabilities, and currently on cloud and blockchain technologies. Prior to joining IBM, he held technical leadership roles at small companies and a few universities. Ed has a masters degree in computer science from the University of Washington.

#4 Unlocking Business Data and Assets as APIs for Digital Transformation with Sudhir Mohith

Sudhir Mohith is a Sr Certified IT Specialist within the IBM WW Channel Technical Professionals organization. He holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Science from the Australian National University and an M.Phil in Computer Vision from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. He has over twenty years of experience in the IT industry, has a number of publications and has presented at multiple conferences. He joined IBM from Transarc in 2000 as a Technical Support Engineer and Developer for DCE/DFS and Encina. Sudhir is currently the WW Channel Tech Sales Leader for the entire Hybrid Cloud Integration and Development portfolio.

#5 Data Warehouse for Business Intelligence

Gary Proctor is our World-Wide Business Partners Ecosystem Development Exec for IBM Hybrid Data Management (HDM). He has been working the last 12 years to recruit and grow the IBM database partner base as well as develop and implement go-to-market programs with existing and newly recruited IBM partners. The HDM segment that he specializes in covers Db2 family on-premise and cloud offerings, IBM Integrated Analytics System (next-generation Netezza/PDA warehouse appliance), Informix, Cloudant, Compose, and Open Source Database Services. He has also been a resource for business partners in the Big Data / Hadoop space and specializes in Big SQL and Hortonworks partner go-to-market relationships.

Prior to this, Gary held several senior management roles in Research & Development. In the R&D role, Gary held overall responsibility for the Informix Kernel and SQL development as well as Senior Quality Assurance and Build Integration roles with IBM data servers (Db2 & Informix).

Prior to joining IBM in 2002, Gary spent time with Sprint in an IT Project management role leveraging his 10 years in R&D with Informix. Gary has over 30 years’ experience (and several contacts)  in the Information Technology industry, specializing in database OLTP and Data Warehouse systems, with extensive experience in international markets and business partner relationships.
